Cancellation & Redo Policy

We request you let us know the day before your appointment if you will need to reschedule. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not call to cancel, your next appointment will need to be reserved with a $50 holding deposit that can be used towards your next service. Failing to show up to your next appointment without rescheduling would forfeit your holding deposit.

All appointments are confirmed the day before and reminder emails are sent out to those that provide email. If you have not arrived for your appointment within 15min of your scheduled time we will call to see if you are running late. If we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. If you are running more than 20 min late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

In the event you are not loving your new cut or color we will schedule you within 72 hours of your appointment, at our expense, to correct the service. Corrections must be completed by the original hairdresser that provided the service unless scheduling does not allow for it.
